Rabbi Weinberg is genuinely open and enthusiastic about Judaism and he tries his best to get his students to be enthusiastic as well. Numerous Shabbat dinners, Havdalah get-togethers, practice Shabbat services, and occasional Israel trips get the students to experience Jewish life firsthand rather than guessing at traditions/laws via lectures.
